ING Talent Programme (ITP)
The ING Talent Programme (ITP) is our traineeship for ambitious master graduates from all study areas. The aim of this traineeship is to develop future ING leaders, both managers and specialists. Three-year* traineeship: a project year followed by a two-year position

* The track ‘Retail' consists of a five-year programme.  

Profile
To qualify for the ING Talent Programme (ITP) you have a Master's degree (or will do shortly) and you are a starter on the labour market with no more than two years' work experience. We're looking for people with a can-do mentality, a passion for teamwork and a focus on results. Every track also requires some specific skills about which you find more information at our website.

Internships
Are you a masters student and will you graduate within 14 months? Then opt for an ITP internship! ITP internships are (inter)national tailor-made internships that potentially lead to our traineeship: ING Talent Programme. As an intern, you can choose the ITP starting track you are interested in.
